We are GuidanceMitra Consultancy. We build structured stream assessments for Indian students, and we are trying to take the guesswork out of a decision that is usually made on hearsay.

Choosing a stream after Class 10 is the first major career decision a student makes, and it is usually made on the worst possible evidence — myths like “Science is for toppers” or “Arts is for weak students”, an uncle's opinion, or whatever a friend picked. We built a structured assessment so that decision can rest on the student's own pattern instead.
How we talk about ourselves
We are deliberate about what we will and will not claim in public. It is worth being direct about where those lines are.
We publish the method, not adjectives
Anyone can call an assessment "scientific". We would rather show you how the recommendation is produced and let you decide whether that holds up.
We will not invent numbers, or borrow a client’s name
No student counts, no satisfaction percentages, no testimonials from people who do not exist. We also do not name the schools we work with or publish their students’ results — that data is theirs, not our marketing material.
We say when we are not sure
If your answers do not point clearly to one stream, the report says exactly that. A tool that always sounds certain is not measuring anything.
We tell you what we cannot do
The assessment has limits, they are written down, and they are on the methodology page rather than buried in a disclaimer.
The part that actually matters
Whether we are worth trusting comes down to whether the assessment is any good. That is a question about the instrument, not about us — so we wrote it all down separately: what it measures, how it is scored, what it cannot tell you, and a full sample report you can read before paying for anything.
